These terms apply when you use industry.continuumcore.io (the “website”). By using it, you agree to them. Our services themselves are provided under a signed agreement or proposal, which governs them and takes precedence over anything on this website. Our company website and WhatsApp Business Platform services have their own Terms of Service.

Using this website
- Use the website lawfully, and don’t disrupt it or try to reach systems or data you aren’t authorised to.
- Don’t use the booking calendar or our contact details to send spam, false details or unlawful content.
- Please don’t send confidential information before we talk. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement first.
Booking a call
Calls are booked through Calendly, under its own terms and privacy notice. The call is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. If we need to move a call, we will contact you to find another time.
Our first-month offer
“Measurable outcome in your first month, or you don’t pay.” is how we work with new clients. It applies only as set out in your written proposal or agreement, which defines the outcome to be measured, the scope of the work and the first-month period. Nothing on this website is by itself a binding offer.
Examples and results
The website is general information, not advice. Example messages, figures and dashboards are illustrative, as marked. Results we mention are as reported by our clients, and results for your business depend on your data, your processes and the scope we agree.
Intellectual property
The website, its design, text and graphics, and the Continuum Core name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission. Client names belong to their owners.
Third-party services
The website links to and uses third-party services, including Calendly, Google and Meta. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.
Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
