Factory operations

AI operating layer for your factory.

Your factory already has orders, machines, materials, people and information. But much of it lives in ERP, Excel, email, WhatsApp, paper and people’s heads. We connect it, digitize what is missing, and deploy AI agents that understand, decide and act.

01 · Connect

We create the digital thread.

We connect what you already have

  • ERP
  • Excel
  • Machines
  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • Documents
  • People

Then we add the missing signals

  • QR / Barcode
  • RFID
  • Sensors
  • Machine data
  • Digital workflows

We give your physical factory a digital identity.

02 · Think

AI turns factory information into decisions.

Our AI agents continuously connect the dots.

  • Production

    What should we make next?

    Example answer

Run PO-4471 on Line 2 next. Material is in, and it ships Friday.

  • Planning

    Can we meet today’s orders?

    Example answer

11 of 12 orders are on track. PO-4480 needs 2 more hours; the second shift can cover it.

  • Quality

What caused this problem and what else is affected?

    Example answer

Rejections on Line 3 trace to one machine since Tuesday. Batches B-2210 and B-2214 are affected.

  • Maintenance

    What is likely to fail?

    Example answer

Press 4 vibration is rising the way it did before its last breakdown. Plan a check this week.

  • Inventory

What will we run short of?

    Example answer

Packing cartons run out on Thursday at the current rate.

  • Procurement

    What needs to be ordered?

    Example answer

Order 2,000 cartons today to arrive before Thursday. Draft PO ready for approval.

  • Dispatch

    What needs to leave today?

    Example answer

3 shipments must leave today. PO-4462 is 40 cartons short in packing.

  • Management

    What actually needs my attention?

    Example answer

Two things today: PO-4462 is at risk, and Press 4 needs a maintenance decision.

03 · Act

AI doesn’t stop at recommendations.

An agent can

  1. Alert
  2. Ask
  3. Approve
  4. Create
  5. Update
  6. Communicate
  7. Execute

Across

  • ERP
  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • Workflows
  • People
  • Machines

A simple example

Supplier sends an email: “Raw material delayed by 4 days.”

New email

From
Supplier A
Subject
Dispatch update

“Raw material delayed by 4 days.”

Continuum

  1. Reads the email

    Delay: 4 days

  2. Identifies the material & supplier

    RM-118 · Supplier A

  3. Connects affected orders

    PO-4480, PO-4485, PO-4491

  4. Checks available stock

    Stock covers 2 days

  5. Calculates production impact

    PO-4480 slips 2 days

  6. Recommends an alternative

Buy 2 days of RM-118 from Supplier B

  7. WhatsApps the planner

    Approval requested

  8. Updates the plan after approval

    Plan revised

  9. Monitors the outcome

    Tracking the new delivery

Continuum

WhatsApp · to the planner

Supplier A has delayed RM-118 by 4 days. Stock covers 2 days, so PO-4480 would slip by 2. Recommended: buy 2 days of RM-118 from Supplier B. Approve the plan change?

Planner replies:Approve

Plan updated. PO-4480 stays on time. Watching both deliveries.

A message becomes a factory decision.

04 · Verify

Every important action has a feedback loop.

  • Did production recover?
  • Did the material arrive?
  • Did the machine return to normal?
  • Did the quality issue stop?

AI learns from the outcome and improves the next decision.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do we need an MES or a digital transformation first?

No. No MES is required, no massive digital transformation is required and you don’t need to replace your ERP. We start with what already exists and build the digital layer and AI capability together.

What do you connect?

What you already have: ERP, Excel, machines, email, WhatsApp, documents and people. Where signals are missing, we add QR codes or barcodes, RFID, sensors, machine data and digital workflows.

What do the AI agents decide?

Production: what to make next. Planning: whether today’s orders can be met. Quality: what caused a problem and what else is affected. Maintenance: what is likely to fail. Inventory: what you will run short of. Procurement: what needs to be ordered. Dispatch: what needs to leave today. Management: what actually needs attention.

Does the AI act on its own?

An agent can alert, ask, approve, create, update, communicate and execute across ERP, email, WhatsApp, workflows, people and machines. Important changes, such as a revised production plan, go to the right person for approval first.

How do we know it worked?

Every important action has a feedback loop: see, think, act, check. Did production recover? Did the material arrive? The AI learns from each outcome and improves the next decision.

What if it doesn’t work?

You see a measurable outcome in your first month, or you don’t pay.
