We decide why and how the personal data described here is used, which makes us its Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”).

What this policy covers
This policy covers industry.continuumcore.io, the website for our AI agents for manufacturers. Our company website, continuumcore.io, and the WhatsApp Business Platform services we provide to clients have their own privacy policy.
Personal data we collect
When you book a call in our calendar
- Bookings are made through Calendly. Calendly collects your name, email, the time you choose and any answers you give, and shares the booking with us. Calendly handles that data under its privacy notice.
- Campaign tags in the link that brought you here, if any (UTM tags), which we pass to Calendly so the booking shows which ad or campaign led to it.
When you call, WhatsApp or email us
Your phone number or email address, and what you tell us in calls, messages, emails and meetings. There is no form on this website; you contact us directly.
When you browse
- Our hosting provider and our network and security provider process technical data needed to deliver and protect the site: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request and when.
- Only if you allow it, analytics and advertising cookies collect how you use the site: pages viewed, buttons used, your device and approximate location, and whether you arrived from one of our ads. See Cookies and your choices.
We don’t ask for, and please don’t send us, sensitive data such as financial account or health details.
Why we use it
- To hold your call and reply to you, and to follow up about the services you asked about. You give us these details for this purpose, which the DPDP Act treats as a legitimate use (section 7(a)). Tell us any time if you no longer want us to use them, and we will stop.
- To learn which campaigns bring bookings, using the campaign tags in your link, so we spend on the ads that help people.
- To measure and improve the site and our ads, with analytics and advertising cookies, only with your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
- To keep the site and our systems secure, and to prevent spam, fraud and abuse.
- To meet our legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t use it for purposes unrelated to these.
Processing outside India
We are based in India. Some of our providers, including Vercel, Cloudflare, Google, Meta and Calendly, may process personal data in other countries, including the United States. We transfer personal data outside India only as the DPDP Act allows, and we will follow any restriction the Central Government places on transfers to a country under section 16 of the Act.
How long we keep it
- Bookings and correspondence: as long as we need them to talk to you and, if we work together, for the length of our relationship and the records the law requires us to keep. After that we delete or anonymise them.
- If you withdraw or ask us to erase: we delete your data unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Cookies: as listed in our Cookie Policy. Your cookie choice lasts 6 months, after which we ask again.
Security
We use HTTPS encryption, limit access to the people who need it, and review the providers we rely on. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can:
- Get information about the personal data we hold about you, how we use it, and who we have shared it with.
- Correct, complete, update or erase your personal data.
- Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal doesn’t affect what we did with your consent before.
